Service and Maintenance Request

Maintaining your hydration station is key to delivering a great user experience for your community. We’re here to help you do this. Our team of experts all over the country will handle these tasks for you:

  • Clean: Remove any visible mold, mildew, or graffiti.
  • Inspect: Check the sensors, buttons, and other parts to ensure everything works properly.
  • Adjust: Ensure the water flows correctly at the right temperature.
  • Filter change: Provide and replace the filter.
  • Report: You’ll get a detailed report of what we find and work completed, along with the meter reading.

Please note: This service is intended for non-emergency maintenance and repair requests. If you require emergency service, we recommend contacting a local plumber directly.

    Service fees will be applicable to call outs deemed to be non-warranty*
    This includes faults due to incorrect installation, vandalism or if the unit is outside the warranty period. Written approval from the customer will be required for non-warranty works to be completed if the technician is able to do so at the time of first attendance. If a second attendance is required a quote will be issued for approval. An invoice for spare parts, contractor call out and hourly rates will be issued at the completion of works.
